Refund policy

We know you will love our products and will be fully satisfied with your purchase. We try to show and describe our products as accurately as possible though there can be variations in color so order all you need up front so the color matches from roll to roll.  However, if there is a defect, or if the item was not as described, please contact us within 7 days and either a refund or exchange will be issued. We can only return un-used rolls so make sure to check each in advance of installation. Shipping costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be the buyer's responsibility [unless our error]. Custom orders cannot be returned.

You may exchange or return any product in its original condition (not used or installed) within 21 days of the original purchase date and we will make every effort to replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note: refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase and for credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
